Plymouth has a vibrant night life. The majority of the clubs are to be found in the Union Street area of Plymouth - some have themes, others just offer you the chance to dance the night away. In between the night clubs in Union Street there are the usual take-away eating establishments. If Union Street isn't your ideal place to spend a night, there are more than enough small public houses if a quite drink is what you want. Should drinking and dancing not be your favourite activities, then Plymouth has numerous high quality restaurants. Or maybe, you simply just want to watch a film or production.
Should you be a student at the University, or another educational establishment, there are usually special deals for you throughout the week in the various pubs and clubs. See your students union and local press for details.
If none of that applies to you , and you simply just wish to stay at home, there are plently of take-away and video shops that offer door-to-door services.
