Camera-ready submission instructions
The final version of papers accepted for a poster or oral presentation is due on Monday 12 July 2010. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. A paper can be up to 8 pages. Colour may be used but bear in mind that the proceedings will be published in grey level, so make sure that your coloured versions still make sense without colour.
For the final version we will use the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society format. The RAS provide a style file, templates and information. Both are available for LaTeX and Microsoft Word. Papers should use A4 paper size.
You should submit your paper using your EasyChair author account on http://www.easychair.org/. For the camera-ready version we will use the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society format (see above).
Posters
Posters at the conference can be A1 size (both portrait and landscape) and A0 portrait. Posters will be pinned to boards measuring 90 cm wide by 180 cm high. Pins will be provided.
Oral presentations
Oral presentations have 25 minutes in the programme: 20 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions/discussion. A video projector with audio will be available. Presenters may wish to bring a laptop with their presentation on. However, there will be a PC available running Windows XP with Powerpoint 2007 and Acrobat Reader installed.
