Zizhi QIAO (also known as William) is studying in the SPMC group under the supervision of Professor E.Ifeachor for the awarding of PhD. SPMC is a group in DCEE, University of Plymouth. 

bulletPhD project:" Voice quality prediction and control for voice over IP networks". The aim of this project is to investigate and develop new and robust methods to predict and control the quality of service (QoS) for real-time multimedia applications that involve voice communication over IP networks. 

　

bulletResearch interest: VoIP, voice quality issues, QoS for multi-media applications, QoS for wireless communications, Protocol optimisation etc.
